Frequently asked questions
Does the plaque need power?
No. The plaque works without power and without batteries.
Can a worker clock in from home?
No. Clock-in works only when the worker taps their own phone on the plaque on site.
Do workers need a special phone?
No. Almost every recent phone has NFC, the same chip used for phone payments. If someone doesn't, we agree on a solution before you start.
Do I have to configure anything myself?
Only the basics: create your business, invite workers and stick the plaque on the wall. The app guides you; it takes a few minutes.
What if there is no internet?
In the Plus and Pro plans clock-in works offline. The app syncs by itself when the internet is back.
A worker forgets to clock in or out?
From the Plus plan the owner corrects or enters the time in the app. Every correction stays on record.
How long is the contract?
A monthly subscription, cancellation applies to the next month. Or a 6-month (−10 %) or 12-month (−20 %) contract, paid upfront.
Does TuSam work with our payroll software?
Through Excel or CSV export, from the Plus plan. Direct integration is the Custom plan.
